Hello!
I'm Steph. I currently serve as the Director of Core Buyer Experience Design at eBay where I lead an amazing team of 24 designers and design managers who, in partnership with product and engineering, rapidly deliver growth-oriented releases while also pioneering the future of e-commerce for the next generation of eBay enthusiasts.
During my 20+ year career I've worked for fortune 500's like eBay, Microsoft, HP and Nokia, started multiple successful agencies, and helped start ups and disruptors like Vox Media, People Pattern and Acton Academy get off the ground. While primarily focused on UX and product design, I've also dabbled in product management, project management, and front-end engineering. ​
This experience has provided the knowledge, tools, and perspective that allow me to collaborate effectively, innovate boldly, coach others towards growth, and generally get the hard stuff done with a laugh and a smile. ​
